Barclays appoints Head of Professional Services

Barclays today announced the appointment of Andrea Delay as Head of Professional Services.
Andrea will lead the industry team, which has specialist Relationship Directors based across the UK regions, Ireland and in the US, providing banking services to a range of professional services sectors including Legal, Accountancy and Property Consultants.
The team has relationships with the vast majority of the UK’s top firms in these sectors, as well as regional and niche practices.
Andrea has a strong track record with Barclays, formerly holding the position of Senior Relationship Director in the Business Services team and Head of Industry for the Facilities Management sector. Andrea is also well known in the Professional Services team as she held the role of Senior Relationship Director in the team from 2009 – 2013.
Prior to joining Barclays, Andrea held roles in Corporate Banking at Wachovia Bank and Commerzbank AG.
