EACT letter details corporate end-user comments on EMIR review of EC non-papers

The EACT and other European and international associations representing corporate end-users have addressed a joint letter to EU Member States representatives concerning the forthcoming legislative review of EMIR.

The letter once again highlights the importance of maintaining the corporate hedging exemption and the need to modify the EMIR reporting regime in a way to meaningfully alleviate reporting burden and costs for non-financial counterparties.
