EACT Responds to ESMA Consultation on Review of the Market Abuse Regulation and Potential Extension of its Scope to FX Spot Markets

The EACT has responded to the recent European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) Consultation Paper on the Market Abuse Regulation (MAR) review report. This report considers if changes to MAR's structure are required in order to extend its scope, particularly in FX markets.
