Mr. VS Parthasarathy Receives the Prestigious TMI Award for Innovation & Excellence for ‘Treasury Transformation’

Mr. V S Parthasarathy, Chief Financial Officer, Group CIO & EVP-Group M&A, Member of the Group Executive Board, M&M Group, receiving the Crystal Award at the TMI Awards ceremony held on January 30, 2014 in London.
Mr. VS Parthasarathy was conferred the TMI Award for ‘Innovation & Excellence for Treasury Transformation’ by Treasury Management International (TMI). Mr. Parthasarathy was chosen as one of just ten global leaders for demonstrating leadership, innovation and excellence in one of the ten Treasury & Corp Finance areas. M&M is the first Indian corporate to receive the TMI Award.
Speaking on receiving the award, V S Parthasarathy said - “I am truly glad to have received the award from TMI as one among the 10 Corporate Treasurers of the world, for Treasury Transformation. Besides being a tribute to the function and talent I preside over as CFO, this award is a toast to my organisation which has always laid stress on mantras of leadership, innovation and excellence which is what TMI’s awards signify. It is also an attestation that EM corporate treasuries have entered the vanguard of transformation for accelerated performance. The award incentivises us to outperform and reach stretched goals in future.”
