MUFG Appoints Head of Cash and Liquidity Management

London -  MUFG has hired Alan Verschoyle-King to the newly-created position of Head of Cash and Liquidity Management within its EMEA Transaction Banking team. The position brings together the Sales and Product Management functions and will be based in London.

In his new role, Alan will take the lead in planning and delivering MUFG’s strategy for its cash and liquidity management business across EMEA, providing a full suite of products and services for clients across the region.

Alan joins MUFG from Western Union Business Solutions, where he was the Global Head in its Financial Institutions and Corporate Partners Group. Prior to this, Alan held senior positions at BNY Mellon, ABN Amro, Bank of America, Barclays, and Citibank.

Michael Hogan, Head of Transaction Banking for MUFG in EMEA commented: “A strong Transaction Banking team is absolutely critical for our clients, both corporate and institutional, as we deliver client-focused solutions not just within EMEA, but across the whole MUFG network.

MUFG manages its global Transaction Banking Business from hubs across Asia, EMEA and the Americas, providing a wide range of Transaction Banking services for its clients.
