Societe Generale Appoints New Global Head of Payments and Cash Management.

Societe Generale are pleased to announce that Emmanuelle Fischer-Frapet has been appointed Global Head of Payments and Cash Management, effective immediately.
Based in Paris, Emmanuelle reports to David Abitbol, Head of Global Transaction & Payment Services*. She succeeds Benoite Armand-Pieyre who has been appointed Head of Global Transaction & Payment Services for Europe.
In her new role, Emmanuelle will continue to enhance Societe Generale’s payments and cash management offering and support commercial development globally, in close coordination with Europe, APAC and the Americas and the bank’s large corporate clients.

Emmanuelle Fischer-Frapet joined Societe Generale in 2008 as Deputy Manager for Global Projects within the Sourcing Division. She then joined the Bank’s Global Transaction and Payment Services division in 2011, first as Head of Payments and Cash Management Products. In 2015, she was appointed Head of Payment and Cash Management for Belgium. She became Head of Business & Transformation, Global Transaction and Payment Services in 2018, and Head of Operations in 2020. In 2024 she was appointed Deputy Head of Payments & Cash Management, before becoming Global Head of Payments and Cash Management in 2025. Prior to joining Societe Generale, Emmanuelle held various positions at Philips, Deloitte Consulting in Belgium and ABN Amro in London.
