Trustly Selects Atlar to Enable Global, AI-Powered Treasury Management
Published: November 19, 2025
Trustly has selected Atlar’s treasury management suite to centralise and automate the management of its own operational bank accounts, payments, and cash forecasting.
As Trustly continues its rapid international expansion and scales to serve major global clients, the solution will provide the finance team with real-time visibility, control, and automation across internal treasury operations, fully integrated with NetSuite.
Founded in Stockholm in 2008, Trustly connects more than 9,000 merchants with 650 million consumers through 12,000 banks in over 30 markets, enabling fast, secure, and direct payments without cards or intermediaries. Trusted by leading global brands such as PayPal, eBay, FanDuel, and Coinbase, Trustly processed nearly $100 billion in payments in 2024 and continues to grow rapidly across Europe and North America.
Atlar delivers automation, visibility, and control
As Trustly’s operations and internal transaction volumes have expanded worldwide, the finance team sought a comprehensive solution to efficiently manage the Group’s own operational bank accounts used for vendor and other external payments, cash flow forecasting and currency management—while maintaining strong controls and accurate forecasting.
By implementing Atlar, Trustly gains:
- Centralised management of operational accounts across multiple regions
- Automated payments in a range of currencies and seamless integration with NetSuite
- Advanced cash forecasting and liquidity tools for greater accuracy
- Secure connectivity to more than 30 banks and payment partners
“Atlar’s platform provides the automation, visibility, and controls we need to manage our treasury efficiently at a global scale,” said Joanna Hacking, SVP Finance. “It allows our finance team to focus on strategic analysis rather than manual reconciliation.”
Supporting a global payments leader
As Trustly expands internationally and serves some of the world’s largest merchants, Atlar provides the modern financial infrastructure to manage internal treasury operations at scale—complementing, not replacing, Trustly’s market-leading payment solutions.
“We’re proud to support Trustly’s finance and treasury teams as they continue to grow globally, ensuring operational efficiency and control across all internal accounts,” said Joel Nordström, Atlar co-founder and CEO.
