Bank of America Appoints Winnie Chen as Head of Asia Pacific Global Payments Solutions (GPS)

Winnie Chen has been appointed Head of Asia Pacific Global Payments Solutions (GPS) at Bank of America, reporting to Mark Monaco, head of Global Payments Solutions, and Jin Su, president of Asia Pacific. Winnie will begin her role in September and be based in Singapore.

As head of Asia Pacific GPS, Winnie will drive the Global Payments strategy and execution for the region, look to deepen our client relationships, and ensure we are working closely with partners in Global Corporate and Investment Banking.

Winnie rejoins Bank of America, where she was previously head of Sales for Financial Institutions and the Public Sector for Hong Kong and Macau. Most recently she was head of Treasury Services for Asia Pacific and Singapore Chief Executive at BNY Mellon.

Winnie has more than 20 years of financial services experience in various roles in the United States, Greater China and Singapore. Winnie brings an international perspective and deep knowledge of credit administration, sales, relationship management and transaction banking.
