Nomentia Announces Commercial Leadership Transition to Drive Next Phase of Growth

Published: June 01, 2026

Sophie Chevallier will assume the role of Chief Revenue Officer at Nomentia, effective June 1, 2026. This appointment aligns with Nomentia's continued expansion across Europe.

Sophie has extensive experience in scaling international businesses. Most recently, as Chief Revenue Officer at Qmatic, she transformed the revenue organisation and delivered consistent ARR growth. Before that, she served as CRO at Trace One, where she helped scale the business to a successful exit.

"I started my career selling treasury and payment software, so joining Nomentia feels like a return to my roots," said Sophie Chevallier. "I look forward to working with Nomentia's talented teams to accelerate growth and help deliver the company's ambitions."

"We are thrilled to welcome Sophie as Nomentia's next CRO and begin a new chapter of growth and industry leadership," said Alexander von Schirmeister, CEO at Nomentia. "Sophie is an experienced, decisive leader with a strong track record of scaling businesses across Europe. She is the right commercial leader to drive Nomentia's next phase of customer focus and growth."

Prior to Sophie Chevallier's appointment, Huub Wevers had served as Nomentia's Chief Revenue Officer since June 2024. Huub Wevers said, "I have decided to step down from my role as Chief Revenue Officer and continue at Nomentia, working with our clients in the UK and Benelux to help them achieve their goals. Building the CRO function at Nomentia has been an incredible journey, and I am proud of what the team has accomplished together. I look forward to working closely with our clients again and partnering with Sophie and the wider team to continue Nomentia's growth story."
