Reval Hires Andrew Gershon as Regional Vice President, Asia

Hong KongReval, the leading global provider of a scalable cloud platform for Treasury and Risk Management (TRM), announced today that financial industry veteran Andrew Gershon will lead Reval’s strategic sales team in Hong Kong, Malaysia and Singapore. Gershon will be based in Reval’s Hong Kong office, heading up the team as Regional Vice President and Country Manager.

“Andy has strong financial markets expertise, and he understands well the challenges companies face meeting their financial risk management and liquidity objectives,” says Tony Singleton, Reval Managing Director, APAC. “We’re excited to have him lead our team in the region, especially at this time when companies are increasingly turning to the cloud to manage their expanding treasury initiatives.” Gershon’s appointment comes as part of Reval’s continuing investment in the region.

Mr. Gershon has over 30 years of experience in technology and finance. He started his career with the London Stock Exchange and Chase Manhattan Bank in Equities and Equities Derivatives and Sales Trading. He has built and managed high performing sales teams across the Asia Pacific region, and has been retained by corporations and financial institutions to lead their business process optimization evaluations, managing vendor relationships throughout the buying process. He is currently earning his certification in Corporate Finance and Accounting with the Hong Kong Securities and Investment Institute.
