LONDON – At the annual Banking Technology Awards, held on 20 November 2014, financial software leader Misys was named ‘Best Core Banking Product/Service’ in the Readers’ Choice Awards. This is the only industry award for core banking which is judged by banks themselves.
Now in its 15th year, the Banking Technology Awards have become established as the premier event recognising excellence in the use of IT in financial services. Banking Technology’s readers, which comprises over 22,000 senior decision makers within the global banking industry, voted for which system they consider to be the best on the market today.
This award follows the recent success for FusionBanking Essence having been named a Leader in Gartner’s Magic Quadrant for International Retail Core Banking, earlier in November 2014.
